i have a 2003, where the fog light switch is, if a escape doesnt have foglights, whats in its place?

You should have a blank cover to the left of the power mirror switch. Reach behind the instrument panel and push the cover out. The electrical connector for the factory fog lamp switch should be plugged into the blank cover.

The part number for the 2001-2004 factory fog lamp switch is YL8Z-15A214-AAA. http://www.parts.com has it for $8.38 as of this morning.

thank you, but i maybe going backward. i have fog light now. i'm replacing the bumper cover. one of the fog lights and bracket is damaged. i also don't really use them so i thought about getting a cover without them, do you have a part number for the blank?
