About 30,000+ miles ago I had a muffler installed.
and now the interior sound went from a high pitched annoyance at W.O.T. (wide open throttle) to a deep growl. this deep rumble comes from the passenger foot board. I was wondering if I blew the internals of the Cat out again without the check engine light coming on. Or maybe the header bolts are loose. Any ideas please feel free to tell them to me.

I suspect that the new exhaust is not hinged properly and tight at the hungers.Easy to check yourself. While down there check that the whole exhaust piping system is not rubbing into anything, by shaking it with your hands.I hope it is something easy and simple like that.
Let us know what you find.Cheers.
