I figure I better introduce myself since I have been gleaning info from here.

I have a 2006 Escape XLT 4 cyl Fwd for about two years now and really like the car so I picked up a 2007 XLT V6 AWD two weeks ago. The 07 had no thermostat in it so I have put one in and see they has been stop leak in the radiator which has now plugged the heater core. When my new radiator & heater core come in I will be installing them and transferring my new tires and Roof Top tent from my 06 to my 07. I have already added the hitch I am almost ready for the changover. So far I am enjoying the power difference and am looking forward to having a redundant spare.
