LCD Display "ford escape" after deck installed

Hey, I got my deck installed today and now the original display cluster just displays "Ford Escape" I've read up on this but had any one found aftermarket replacement screens that you can buy and swap that will display stuff such as temperature cardinals and ect.. I saw them once a long time ago but I don't know what to search to find them again or anything any help would be greatly appreciated.

My Tribute does the same thing. It is a "feature" that automatically engages whenever you ditch the output that comes from the stock hu.

I have completely forgot about that display but since you brought it up I've now noticed it again... I'm not sure how to make it work right.

I build car audio systems as a hobby and as a side business. Tribute's last configuration - Pioneer F900BT navi head unit running 3.0 software from the X910BT, with Diaftia mods (see avic411.com) - Alpine SPX-17PRO tweeters in door panel, H-Audio Ebony woofers in factory location - 4 x array of Tangband 6.5" subs in slim ported box - Kenwood eXcelon X1R and X4R amps w/ built-in DSP - Phoenix Gold 1/0 wiring - fully deadened and sealed with RAAMmat and Sounddeadenershowdown.com products.

Current vehicle is a 2010 Ford Flex SEL, Dark Ink Blue. MS8 Processor, Exile Audio Xtec 10 x 2 subs in spare tire well, Fountek FR89EX mids left, right, and center, Dayton tweeters, Exodus Neo 6.5" midbass, RAAMmat BXTII and Ensolite deadening

yea, some one once posted here I cant seem to find it but they had these little led screens the same as whats in there now except they where meant to replace the ford ones and they display all sorts of neat things if I can recall properly it was a orange led rather then blue. dunno if any one else has seen those :S

If you find it, let me know as I may be a buyer. IMO, my main nav unit's screen keeps me entertained pretty well though.
