"Local Hero" 25th anniversary

This week marks the 25th anniversary of the film "Local Hero", made by Warner Brothers, starring Burt Lancaster.
Why post this, I here you say, well, it's because all the beach scenes from this film were done at Camusdarrach, of course, and since our family owned the beach ( Not Fulton Mackay, as in the film  ), we did very well out of it :yahoo: :)P :)P :)P
Indeed, the film paid for the construction of our holiday home!!!

Anyhow, sit back, and enjoy the film, if you can

Oh, I started smoking on new years eve, 1999, which would make me 28ish.
Yes I know I should have known better, but my father, and grandfather were heavy smokers ( and drinkers), so I suppose it was only natural that I kept up the family tradition :bang: :bang: :bust: ;)

Yes, but could your father and grandfather do a really good cig flip?

My Dad smokes a pipe!!!, but my Grandad couldn't flick a ciggie like me, however he could bet me hands down on alcohol consumption, his record was 28 pints in 1 saturday afternoon sitting :peace:
