Hey! I have a 2009 Ford Escape. The inner and outer tierods were replaced in the front very very recently. I noticed since then that there is still a low vibration that isn't going away as well as a whoop whoop whoop of my tires on the drivers side that increased as well after a tire rotation. My vehicle, not often, will stutter a bit where it feels as if it stalls but it keeps driving fine. I'm not sure what this could be but am thinking that it's maybe warped rotators or a wheel bearing. I do not here any grinding or squeaking however.

Before looking for hardware problems, take a close look at the tires. If the tread has worn in an irregular manner, or has ripples in the tread surface, it can cause noise. Noting the change after a tire rotation points to a possible tread/tire problem.
A stutter or 'almost stall' particularly when accelerating could be an indication of a MAF that has some deposits on the wire. That will fail to tell the computer that there is an increase in airflow into the engine, and it will be 'lean' for a bit, causing the stumble/stall. Inspect the MAF, DELICATE DELICATE DELICATE wires inside, so don't go poking. Clean with spray cleaner as needed if you find deposits on the wires.
