He hasn't been on here for a long time now. A few of us, myself included, e-mailed him but got no response. All we can do is hope he is doing well.

Maybe he switched to Optimum Online. You can't access E-C if they are your internet provider... But you would think he would find a way to log in on another system. I do hope he's OK...
