I have a 2017 Ford escape that I’m having to replace the engine and I’m needing information on where to go to buy one. Is there a easier way to do this then get a whole new engine or can I replace the 1.5 with a 2.5 please let me know all the help I can get it would be great thank you.

Theoretically, the 2.5L I-4 engine is available for the 2017 Escape.

As you can see, the 2.5L I-4 engine is only available on base model FWD Escapes. If you have a 4WD Escape, there may be issues with installing a 2.5 L engine.
