I take great pride in my Mercury Mariner and I enjoy it always looking good but with a busy life I dont always have the time to wax it, so I put a product on it made by Simoniz its called Glass Coat. Now if anyone has ever heard of TST, Glass Coat has the same concept YOU WON'T EVER HAVE TO WA YOUR CAR AGAIN. Now I work at a dealership so since we had some extra laying around I put it on my Mariner, and everytime after I wash it, itlooks like it was just waxed and feels so smooth. This product does come at a cost though my dealership has it listed for around $500 that includes the outside and the interior as well including leather and fabric. To me thats crazy but there are people that pay that much for it. But the product is very simply o apply there is no buffer needed, but i would advise you to buff your vehicle once before you apply it, the Glass Coat just simply wipes on and you wipe it off. Let me know if you are intersted in this or if you have any questions and I would be glad to help you.

I was reading a study completed on various car waxes and they rated "Nu-Finish" as the best wax...I think they took the car through 50+ car washes and it still had a perfect shine on it...just thought I would mention it, thought the article was pretty cool...
