One of the twelve spouses of Chief M'Mambo gave birth to a white baby. The chief went to see Father Albert, a white missionary, for his advice.
- Father, we are in a remote area of the African desert...my wife gave birth to a white baby, what do you have to say about that?
- My son, the ways of the Great Spirit are unpredictable. Take for instance that beautiful herd of goats...they are all white but one of them is black...
- Father, I forget about the baby and you forget about the goat...is that O.K. ?
