I was going to do a writeup on what I did to install this but I forgot to take pictures all along the way. Sorry guys.

Well this thing was fun to install. First off, Ajax sent the grill to the wrong address. My address is 5260 and he addressed it for 5620 :doh:

So I went to 5620 and I stole the grill off the front porch and brought it to its rightful owner :bang:

I had quit a fun time getting the grills in and figuring everything out...but I finally got her:

Was it powder coated or just sanded down and painted black?

It was powdercoated.

Only issue is I'd want a black radiator to match now. :doh:

Scotty, I'd start with the plastic, then try removing it if you're still not satisfied.... :wall:
