Just bought a 2011 escape last weekend and loving it so far. Its great getting almost 30mpg in an suv. Anyway I have a few questions that maybe people cant point me to. Im looking for some aftermarket stuff like the side window molds and a front hood gaurd.

I also didnt get the option of getting sync which had i couldve afforded the xlt it would have it but i wanted to know if anyone has been able to get it after the fact at the dealer or anywhere?

Anyway glad to be here and I will try not to be a newb for too long.

I don't know about the guards, but I'm kind of curious about the Sync as well. They made an add-on kit for the 2009 Escapes, but I don't know if this can be installed on the 2010 or 2011 models. Physically, the vehicles are the exact same, and since my '10 XLT did not have Sync, I would love to have this too.

Thanks for the info and the link. They seem cheaper price wise then i found at ford. I will definately be looking at this for the gaurds
