Hey everyone! i just got done installing the second generation escape headlights on my 04 escape! i love these headlights! i think they make the escape look 100 times better! here is a quick pic. ill upload more soon! especially once i paint the plastics! i hope everyone likes them thanks! :lol:

thanks! i didnt have much time myself... i started the project at 9 and was driving away by 1030. i didnt even take the bumper off!

how did you get to the bottom third bolt on the headlight with no bumper removal? hopfully works on an 05 and youl save me hours

Well i took off all the clips off on the sides and took off the bolts that hold the bumper in place where you open the hood!(for some reason im having trouble explaining. if in person id just show you... maybe someone will know what im trying to say lol) after that the bumper was loose and i could pull down on the bumper to get to the tabs of the other headlight!

im sry if i confused you lol

nope i think i get what your saying, ive had to loosen the sides of the bumper many times to get at the fogs lights with more ease. i will give it a shot, thanks for the tip

Sweet looking upgrade. What was all involved with this switch? Any modifications needed?

Well i changed the plugs-ins for the electric! you can buy them at a dealership and there is a post on here some where its says which color wires to the right locations! its really easy to do!
