TPMS Part Number.

I have an 2008/2009 Escape Limited and would like to buy TPMS sensor. I bought some, but they did not work. I bought the activation tool from Ford as well. So I would like to find the original spare part. If you need my VIN, PM me please. Thanks a lot guys.

Hello

I have got Ford Escape 2005 3.0 AWD 45000miles odometer

VIN 1fmyu93135kd52352

I do not drive much - about 5000miles per year

After 10Years without any real problem i think to change some maintenance.

Engine oil 5w20 Motorcraft Synthetic Blend + filter i change every year

Oil in Automatic transmission i have changed 5years ago and it looks fresch light magenta color. Used Quaker State Mercon ATF.

Maybe it is time to change ATF

Is there a filter in ATF?

Now i can not find this type of oil, only Mercon V or Mercon SP in shops
in car manual there is written: do not use Mercon V

Mercon was mineral oil and here:
http://etereman.com/blog/ford-transmiss ... ord-escape
they say better is synthetic

Maybe I should also change belts in engine?

2008-12 Escape question: You know those clear stickers at the bottom of the rear doors meant to protect the fenders from rock chips? What the hell are those things called? Mine are starting to yellow and I want to replace them.

Which bolts? V6 I presume?
THANK YOU! And yeah, the V6. I guess I should have specified that before. It's one of the 8 or 9 bolts holding the intake plenum on to the engine. I over-torqued it and it snapped off. I should really probably invest in a smaller, much more precise torque
wrench...

Edit: okay I think I see which part # it is. Is it 9Y450?

Out of curiosity, is there a place I can find more of these schematics for the rest of the car?

I'm also looking for the specific part # for the driver's side weather stripping. I know I can get generic stripping from an auto parts store, but I'd rather it be the exact one, so it matches the other door wells.

2008 is 6F2Z-1A189-A
2009 is 9L3Z-1A189-A

Try https://www.fordpartsgiant.com, put in VIN and see which one is correct. (Ford parts will only give you 1A189)

At Ford Parts, when you click on "Other Filters", there is a transmission screen, see: https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/screen-assy-7837603-1
The full part number would be: F3RZ-7A098-AA or Motorcraft FT124, and (I think) you need this gasket https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/gasket-7859317-1#sectionId:4364674 (Not sure on gasket, I have a hybrid and my transmission is different and the diagram is not definitive on exactly where the screen is.)

According to this https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/gasket-7859317-1#sectionId:4364674, Mercon-V would be the correct fluid for 2005 CD4E Transmission, Note on the chart:
Due to fluid recommendation changes approved by Ford Motor Company, some older owner guides, workshop manuals and fluid level indicators may not show the same fluid as the above chart. For those application service with the fluid shown in this above chart.
