Hola,

A few people said that they have PM set to pop up a window when someone PMs them, but it's not working.

It does work. All you need to do is disable pop-up blocking for this site. You should see some kind of warning on the page that a pop-up is being blocked. Just allow it for this site, and you should be good to go.

By the way, I have "pop up window on new message" set to yes, but "notify me on new messages" set to no. Usually that's the option to send me an email when I get a PM - is it any different here?
