Ok just picked this up on Tuesday and wanted to see if any help could be had here. I have a warranty so I can take it in. Here is the problem. Hopefully these issues have not already been discussed multiple times.

1. When I go to turn off the car and take the key out, the car keeps on dinging as if the key is still in. I shut the door it goes off. If I put the key back in and wiggle it around, it sounds like something pops out and the dinging stops.

2. Also had an alarm installed by ford and sometimes it just goes off on it own. Right now we can not use it, do to it just going off. I think this may be something that needs to be looked at by ford.

3. Also the door handle when I open it sticks. I think some WD40 could take care of this as well.

So any help would be appreicated.

Ok on the dinging, here is what I figured out. I take the key out and turn the black part backwards and then it pops out. So maybe it is just something that is sticking.

Hopefully this will all be a quick fix.

I guess no one had any responses.

The dealership had to replace the ignition module and all is well now.

Sorry noone followed up on this. I can say I have not heard of this issue before but the ignition lock assy would have been my first guess.
