It is that pale yellow 20a fuse in the fifth row down, fourth from the left (or second to the end, second from the right). All the others that have no fuse are either not used in your case (trailer tow, heated mirrors, parking aid) or don't have power to them and are listed in the owners manual as not used.

I would be curious about that cut hot wire running with that added ground across the fuses, and I assume you also posted to reddit and want to run a wire from the engine compartment to the power outlet, which is inches away from the passenger fuse box?

So there is just a fuse sitting in the spot for the power outlet with no connectors behind it? I didn't think you could even insert a fuse into one of the unused spots because it has plastic covering the hole that the connectors would be in. Which spot do you think the fuse for the power outlet is?

Sounds like it might be a problem with the power port itself if you have wired 12v and ground directly to it. There isn't much to them, but they can go bad.
