I recently replaced the wheel bearing, wheel hub, and abs sensor on my 2015 Escape Titanium. Now the engine won't turn off when I push the button to do so. I have to hold the button in for about 5-7 seconds for the engine to turn off. Is this a known issue? Is there a simple explanation? I'm at a loss on how this happened and appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Sorta makes sense as holding "start" button (or pressing 3 times in 2 seconds) will bypass the safeties, so you can do it when the vehicle is still moving. Sounds like it thinks the vehicle is still moving, thinking it is still getting a signal from that ABS sensor? I don't think it means it thinks it is not in park, but that might be it as well, but since it was after the ABS sensor, I would suspect it is related.
