Hey guys i'm new to the site and have my first questions.

I own a 2003 limited (new to me)that does not have a rear 12 V plug. I bought one from a junk yard from a TRIBUTE and i would like to install it. before i opened the back plastic panel i was hoping that all i have to do is to dremel the hole in the plastic and plug the socket in the existing wiring but the problem is i don't have the wiring for the plug.I expected to find the same wiring harness like the Tribute from the junk yard had(well at least in the back)

So the Q's are :
(1) Do i hook up to a wire that has constant 12 v or do i run a wire from the front plug to the back.
(2) Do i have the wire for the plug in there and i don't know?

The thing is i want to know that the plug is fused with at least 15 A and when in use it does not overload something else.

Thank you all.

edit: english is my second language so please excuse the spelling.
