UPDATE: Found posting of LED aftermarket headlights causing radio static. Since mine has LED's I'm thinking this is the problem. How bad are 2010 OE headlights? Theses LED's have sloppy pattern, not enough vertical cutoff and the high beams are just not that strong since they are more like flood lamp.

Put OE back in? or?

HERE IS WHAT'S GOING ON:

Noticed radio would have lots of "interstation hiss" on many stations and also not picking up as many stations.

Finally discovered if I turn headlights off, radio is perfect!

I was thinking alternator, but if I turn fan and AC on hoping to put high load on alternator, the radio is just fine.

How in the world would ONLY headlights cause this?

LED headlights have fans in them - there's always the chance a fan could be generating the noise. They might also have a DC-DC converter on board, and sloppy design or failing bypass electrolytic capacitors could generate RFI.
