Well, on july 20 we conmemorated our first 200 years of independence!

And some people decided to celebrate by doing a rally through some places accesible only by air o river during raining season (due to the swamps). With the protection of the army ( we do have guerrillas, you know! :worry: ) they went for it.

This Rally was called "Heroes del Orinoco" and was part of a campaign called "Los heroes de verdad, si existen", (Real heros do exist), which is intended to show that real heros (The Army, Air Force, Police and Navy) do exist, and are among us in Colombia everyday risking their lives to save ours!

In the highways, on the tolls, during the month of July, they had soldiers dressed with different outfits used during these past 200 years, it was kinda cool. :thumb:

Every serious off-roader uses tow ropes and fuel.He tights the wife on the chair with the rope and he uses the fuel to run away...and then some sociologists will tell you that not all males are chauvinists.

I didn't found the ones i told you about in the tolls, however these are a few from the Military Parade. Over 10,000 soldiers (Navy, Army, Police and Air Force) marched through Bogota on july 20, 2010, it lasted about 6hrs.
