Just wondering if anyone knows if a rear disc swap from an 00-07 would be possible on an 08-09 MY.

Rear disks did not come out until 05.

It also includes much more than the disks... the whole system is different and would be much money to change.

I'm not sure that you can swap them with pre-disc brakes on an escape or not, but the Steve at http://www.AppliedRotorTechnology.com has the best brakes in the world...IMO! I have a set on the way for our '06 Escape and I've had a set (front and rear) on my F-350 CC LB for just under 500,000 miles. Keep in mind that with the aux fuel tank filled she ways 10K!! The crazy part of it is...I have the same set of pads and haven't even turned the rotors once!!!
