Rear Wiper & DRL's not working

Neither my rear wiper/washer nor my Daytime Running Lights on my '01 Escape are working - I've checked the fuse for the wipers, it looked fine but replaced it just in case.

I can't find any reference in the handbook to a relay that would affect either of these items but I assume they exist - can anyone point me in the right direction for their location?
It's too darn cold out to be working on the car outside & the Mustangs are hogging all of my garage space - if I can't easily locate the issue now I'll check for power to the wiper motor in the spring...I assume the plastic cover just pulls off to expose it?
