Yes, just grasp it carefully and pull it straight out. There are no screws securing the panel.
There's one thing you absolutely need to do once the panel is out: protect everything from the sharp metal pins which secure the panel, since they'll instantly scratch (GOUGE) any fingers and/or any plastic they contact, including the part of the instrument panel that surrounds the panel.
Have some kind of small plastic cups or caps (about 1.5" deep) ready to tape over those pins, or wrap something like several layers of duct tape over the tips, and be VERY careful where you hold the panel as you cover the pins.
