I was driving home this afternoon and I noticed several cars parked in the center turn lane. In the outside lane was a 6 foot gator who had decided to meet his maker.

I did not get a picture of said road kill but there were several people who were eyeing dinner. :stifle:

Gator - Taters, EH! But, how on earth do you hit one of those? I mean, I can understand hitting deer, squirrels, possums etc. But Gators? There big, long and fairly slow. Never mind explaining, people up here hit parked cars, for no apparent reason.......

A mature alligator brain is the size of a jaw breaker.

...But tastes like chicken :thumb:
It does, but a little chewy. A gator never stops growing.

I was thinking that Grackel would be a tasty bite for someone to eat. And apparently I am not far wrong. They used to be called black birds. And who has not heard of four and twenty blackbirds...
