I'd check spark plugs as they should have been replaced about 22k miles previous. Check also PCV valve & 'rubber' elbow that can deteriorate over time from what I've read.
You can also read the 'pending' codes that have been recorded, but are not frequent enough or 'long enough' to make the code permanent and turn on the light.
Misfire is caused by lack of 1)air 2)fuel or 3)spark. If fuel pressure drops as the engine heats... not enough fuel. Check pressure & regulator.
