I don't disagree at all with that. But, this vehicle ( FEH ) may do things thatBurghBeagle said:

Running your FEH out of gas
I have just purchased a 2006 FEH ( 75K ) from
a private party. The owner shared with me
an incident where she ran it out of gas. Seems
the FEH simply reverted to battery only mode
and she was able to go the 3 blocks to a
station and fill up. All seemed well after that.
