I'm sure if I searched I could have found something but oh well. This has been going on for a few weeks now. go to start the escape radio is fine and lights. turn the key nothing, hold it and it slowly turns on like the battery is about to die, the needles stay to the bottom bouncing up and down for a few seconds and go back to normal. First time it happend I went a week before it did it again, now it seems that if it sits morethen an hour I have problems.

This probably won't help much but it is my experience with a dying battery:

When my battery started to go, the engine seemed to crank fine. The lights and radio also worked fine. The only problem I had was the engine would not fire-up right away when the outside temp was around or below freezing. I would need to cycle the key a few times from off to on to prime the fuel pump before I turned the key to start. I changed the battery and all the starting problems went away...
