We have a , christmas break up party at work tomorrow.
One of the blokes asked me, if i was going to have a beer or two. :shock: :doh:

He said : Go on you will be allright. Surely two cans will not hurt.
My reply was : No way!. I am not having even one can of beer.
There is not a chance, i am going to sacrifice my licence.

Plenty of orange juice, lemonade and pepsi.
I am quite happy with just lemonade.
No car licence, means no job.

Plus there is the risk of possible tragedies, as portrayed in that video.

The holiday season is about good times, familly and happy memories.
I wouldn't want any of these incidents to be a holiday memory for me.
I've never left home and accidently got drunk. If you know you will be drinking don't drive.
With so many distractions and so much going on in the holiday season it's easy to lose focus and fall into bad driving habits, a shocking little reminder of the consequences can't hurt.

i didnt get to watch the whole thing cause my son decided to hop up on my lap. but ya i seen enough. many many moons ago i was one of those drunken retards, i smartened up. i dont drink and drive anymore. i will have a beer or 2 at a resturant and drive home but usually my wife drives even if i have 1. better safe then sorry. and i know i used up all my luck!

Wow ! That was very sad. It is unfortunate that incidents like this occur on probably a daily basis because people do not get the fact that drinking and driving do not mix.
