2022 Escape Hybrid was towed 2 weeks without issues. Yesterday as we were hooking up we could not get out of neutral tow, but we can drive the car.
We drove to a Reno Ford dealership service but they are 2 weeks out with other service orders!
Should we just drive it home!?

Sorry you are having issues with your Hybrid. I don’t know enough about the Neutral towing system to offer any constructive advice. Initiate a Private Conversation with me if you don’t get help and I will move this thread to our Problems and Solutions forum.

I am not sure why you can drive your Escape if it is flat tow mode.

Welcome to the city Hal,
How far away is home? Have you tried disconnecting the 12V battery, to see if you can reset it?
I would say you have a glitch, but that you're able to drive it means it is not truly stuck in neutral tow mode.
Is your FordPass app telling you anything?
