I recently got a 2010 Ford escape without Microsoft Sync. Is there a way I can install Sync into the vehicle even though it came without it? Is there some sort of wireing harnes and module I would need to do this? If so let me know where I can do it.

I don't think you would want to spend the $$ to do it. You would need a new Sync module which is located under the center/middle console next to the shifter. You would then need a lot of additional wiring as Sync also plugs into the HU and the top display area. Depending on if your HU can accept Sync or not is also a question. Plus the audio of the Sync module goes to the front speakers so that route would also need to be added.

I would check with the dealer to see if some of the wiring is already there or not. From there they should be able to tell you yes or no and a rough cost estimate.
