For those businesses that have a need for a lighter duty van than the Econoline. :)

Chevrolet has windowless HHRs for the same purpose. They have about half the space of the Transit Connect. ;)

we got the landrover freelander and discovery (ford's cousins) in a 'van' format - sans windows - and also the nissan terrano which was sold as the previous gen maverick in the uk but an escape/mave would be interesting :)

What kind of platform is that built on? The Taurus X/ Freelander? It must be a small-ish platform since it has the old Zetec 2.0.

Damn now I'm off topic with this too!

Transit Connect? I think it is a modified Focus pan, but the balance is/was dedicated to the Transit. :roll:
