I have a 2010 Ford Escape Limited with Dual-zone (EATC). I noticed a noise under the passenger side. I removed the airbag and glove compartment and found that the noise is the actuator when I am switching from cold to hot air, the noise is almost next to the A pillar. I don't know how to access the actuator (Air Inlet mode door actuator), I cannot figure out how to remove the Heater Core and Evaporator Core housing.
