Anyone have/had toenail fungus? If you have had any success getting rid of it, how did you do it?

Both of my older brothers had it at different times. One used a doctor and had him remove the nails. Not as bad as it sounds. His toenails grew back in normal, no fungus. :thumb: The other brother used several cremes and other anti fungal applications. Both prescribed and over the counter. He wound up having the nails removed. His didn't grow back. :shrug:

I haven't had it but I knew someone who had it really bad. They actually had to remove his toenails and wait for them to grow back. This was about 15 years ago though. I'm not sure what they can do these days...
