I have read all the sticky's and I'm not sure if I have the same problem or not.

When driving at highway speeds and the tranny shift back and forth between drive and OD is when you feel the shudder.
Around town and slower speeds it has done it a couple of times but mostly in the 60 to 70 mile per hour range. I took it to the dealer and had the fluid changed last week with no difference at all. I was just wondering if this was the same as others or is there something else that could cause this problem.

Sorry if this has been covered before, like I said the other ones didn't sound the same as mine.

It could be any number of things. Mechanical, Electrical, etc. But if it is transmission related I think it might be that the OD band or torque convertor is worn. Usually when replacing these, you will most likely will perform a rebuild since you have to take the trans apart.
You really need a competent mechanic or transmission builder to diagnose your problem correctly.

I had a similar experience. No shudder if I turned OD off.
Changed the trans fkuid to no avail [but good maintenace anyway].
Problem was a bad COP causing misfire under load.
Check with a OBDII code reader.
