what color escape do you have?
Ugly Lower Grill Removal 2008/2009 Ltd
Has anyone removed that ugly lower grill on their 08/09 escape limited? I tried to order it without that part but I couldn't. What is under that nasty thing, hopefully body matched paint and the original bumper? I want the XLT style bumper.

not exactly sure what is under it...but they are selling just the chrome cover on ebay..so it has to come off. not sure what kind of extra holes you will have in your bumper. seems to me that it would be painted underneath, but im not sure. let me know if you remove it and want to get rid of it. or if you have a vista blue maybe we can just switch bumpers. i personally like that bumber.
