From what a ton of people have said on different groups, Ford has a pretty rough go with their 2 piece (capped) factory lug nuts. We were replacing our tires and thought it would be proactive to replace the lugs with single piece OEM look-alikes and so far they're holding up great. They're by Eisen Performance. Did a video on how to remove the old swollen/deformed lug nuts if yours are stuck- a few different options depending on your time and situation and tools you have handy. Hope it helps some!
