i give credits to some random magazine i was reading for this one.
There was an elderly man that was retired military, he got a job at walmart as a door greeter.
the managers loved him, he worked hard. kept his area clean, and there was never any people trying to get away with unpaid for merchandise. but the down fall was that he was always late. no matter what, it was either 5 10 15 or sometimes 20-30 mins late for work,
one day the manager pulled him aside and said, listen i love what you are doing here, you have amazing work ethics and you do a splendid job, but your always late!
the retired veteran looked at him and "yes sir, i know this and im working on it!"
the manager says to him, "what would that say if you were still in the military and you showed up to your office 30 mins late?"
the retired veteran looked at him and said. "they would say good morning General, How would you like your coffee?"
