You might want to consult with an alignment shop on your caster angle. Not enough caster would cause squirrely handling, and our caster angles are adjustable through the upper strut mount.
Wee bit squirrelly
04 Escape with 80k. Anybody have this problem? Steering is loose at highway speeds, not terrible but just not as tight as our Ranger. Doesn't pull and the tires are new and aired up to 35psi. I haven't did anything even the stabilizer links. I have checked the tie rods and ball joints everything seem tight.. I need to try to inject some more grease at the next oil change though. The links are shot so I thought I would try those first and the sway bar bushings. The current and old tires feathers on the back I thought that's normal for Escape's though :shrug:
