Rear doors... skip it. The less they distract you, the better. The more emphasis you give the rear doors, the weaker and less coherent your front stage will be. If you already bought component speakers for them, then mount them coaxially or really close together and de-emphasize them with EQ if possible. If you haven't bought speakers for them, then first try STOCK speakers, or inexpensive coaxials.
Front doors...you are actually missing the possibly best place to put them, which is in the A-pillars. I would TEST with sticky tape and some long wire, sound quality at the A-pillar, and door sill.

Dude, this stuff has been covered ad-nausem here on this site. Did you not first look around and read what is already out here? I'm not trying to be mean to you at all...but its pretty boring recovering over and over what to do. Between all of us audio types, there's a TON of knowledge here that will guide you well.
