My Maverick is a late 2003 model, and presently has 104,000 miles on the clock, equates to approx 20,000 per year

Me too. My car is a late '02 and I have about 46,500 on it.
We do very little mileage in the Maverick, when we bought it in December '05 it had 28,000 on it.
Conversely, my Wife's Fiat Stilo was bought January last year with 4400 miles on it, now it has over 20,000.

My 08 has 42K miles. That is alot for as young as it is. Of course it has been up to PA & as far south as FL.

I'd be interested in finding out who has the oldest Hybrid Escape with the most kilometres (miles).
I know there are Escape Hybrid taxicabs out there with high mileage, but what about the privately owned/operated ones?
Ours arrived in October 2004 (so it's just over 6 years) and currently has 130,000+ kilometres (about 81,000 miles) on the odometer. Still runs great!
