Wondering if there is an interest out there among you E,M,T drivers for a real skid plate, real snorkel kit, and probably other things like flares, rocker bars, etc. Made in USA, etc etc? I can arrange it through the company I work for. Skid plates should work for 01-12 escapes, snorkel have change between 07-08. current model following later. Tell me your thoughts.Image

In the past I've seen people inquiring about those types of things. I'm sure it'd be popular with the crowd that likes to go off-roading. Do you happen to have pictures of what you were thinking of? What kind of work do you do/ what's your job?

I run the aftermarket dept at a ford dealership. One of my vendors does plastics and metal mfg. they already are getting the skid plate mocked up. The snorkel will be a little more $ to invest so I want to be sure. I'll post a pic of the kits I want have built

My design will be different, but will be very professional, heavy duty, warranty-able product.
The snorkel kit will include breather tubes to extend diffs and transmission breathers.

I know there's all that stuff available for the Australian model. Not sure if that stuff bolts onto the US models though.

Looks like quality work. I'd imagine though that the kits (snorkel, skid plate etc) would have to be specific to the model years 01-07 and 08-12 right? Not 01-12?

Snorkel will be different, skid plate Probably not. Put em on a lift and they are very close other than the plastic cladding.

I will probably make a fender adaptor plate that will fit corresponding fenders. For the 07/08 body change
