New Whelen change over led fog lights strobes PICS!

Postby FireEscape - December 9th, 2015, 11:15 am

I just installed new 3.5" whelen change over strobes. When you want fogs these are very bright and are white leds. Then you can turn on your emergency lights so white turns off by its self and emergency color in my case blue strobes turn on 50 flash patterns

and the lights can split in patterns meaning the top and lower led can flash seperately so in pic i only got the top one flashing

In our area, the blue strobes are permitted on a volunteer/paid emergency responders personal vehicle. However, they can only be used while responding to an emergency. I figure the same is true for FireEscape.
The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing at the right time,
but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment...

Very cool :thumb: I take it by your name that you are authorized to have these kind of emergency lights on your vehicle, otherwise like jarheadoo said, you're going to be in deep stuff

 Not too sure that you as a fireman can use blue lights. In fact, I'd wager you can't LEGALLY use blu lights. Blue is exclusive to the po-po in the United States, to the best of my knowledge.

Not true. Many states use blue as their volunteer firefighter response light color.
