VIDEO: Restoring Plastic Trim on 2nd Gen (2008-2012)

I think this was in the wrong place so I moved it here.
So my otherwise like new 2012 Escape's appearance was being ruined by the fading plastic trim pieces. I live in Florida where the expose to the sun is brutal on plastic. Here is a link to the video of how I restored my trim. I didn't have time to do a full step-by-step tutorial but I do give plenty of tips. It came out fantastic !

That turned out really nice. I have seen other videos of people using that paint. I was wondering if it accepts treatment? In the past, on other cars, I have used the heat gun trick with remarkable results! And I have used "Solution Finish" Expensive stuff, but well worth the price. Give us an update after a year in that Florida sun and let us know how its keeping.
