WTB: 2008-2012 Speaker

Hey everyone,
The family vehicle is a 2011 Escape limited V6, and when we purchased it, the front passenger side speaker was crackling at certain times depending on The music. The speaker itself looks to be in good shape.

I know this is a good time to upgrade, but I only drive it occasionally and am really the only one who listens to music.

I was looking for a front speaker, ideally a limited speaker to swap in to fix the issue. I figure with the speaker upgrades people may have some laying around.

Willing to pay a reasonable amount. I am located near the GTA in Ontario, Canada.

That would be great. I really appreciate that. I've put up with it long enough, a few more months won't hurt. It'll be easier to change in the warmer weather anyhow.

Hey, I've got a pair I pulled from the front of my limited. What part of the country you in? I'll keep an eye on my PMs for a bit (my visits here are otherwise infrequent).

I was able to source a pair of Pioneer TS-A6886R for cheap, so I ended up installing those. I have to add they sound way better than the stock 50W (Premium Package) speakers.

I second these speakers. I jumped on them when they were on sale last year for 68$ a pair. I replaced all 4.they sound Sooo much better. The bass is quite good standalone. One of the best additions I've made.

Another +1 for the Pioneer TS-A6886R, put them in my 2005, liked them so much I replaced all 4 in my 2010
