Looks like they just shrink wrapped the car, and covered it all, badges and everything. Did you notice if the FOrd emblems on the wheels were removed/covered? If so, then they covered it all on purpose, if not then they're just lazy in wrapping, and covering all the badges.

yeah I really hope that is a joke, people should see how I have moved police, marshal, and personal vehicles to clear room for an engine. its ridiculous how people think. Most Officers who go to a scene either park far away or mount the curb to allow apparatus to manuver.
