I need the time and money to get back to work. I still have mod plans but I need to do some practical stuff first. Like paint...

... Resealing did not work, I must need to seal the board side, not the lense side.

Does it still work? Will condensation hurt it, because I see condensation in lights all the time and they seem to work fine?

It works fine, just looks like crap. There is minimal diffusion caused by the droplets but its not a problem given how bright it is.

Could you drill tiny air holes (like in airplane windows) to help dry it out?

Yeah, but the problem is water entering in the first place, making bigger entrances without a one way balve will just make it worse

I got the idea from another forum...

... condensation in one of my head lights started to occur after a rock cracked the plastic lens. Lights are super expensive these days so I searched high and low to find an alternative to replacing. I put super glue on the crack and drilled two holes in the top of the light. The holes were very small.....the second smallest drill bit in my toolbox so I'm guessing it is almost impossible for water to get in. I no longer have condensation in my lights and they have been working for a month now problem free.

Most headlights have holes but with goose neck bends, the LED is too exposed for it to work. But bottom of a headlight in the engine co.partment would work
