The basket is a Reese Explorer I picked up at Wally-World for $100. The light bar is a cheap-e from Amazon and that's also where I found the mounts. (Link below the picture) With the after-market crossbars I have, they hang out just far enough on either side of the rails to allow this particular model of bike rack to fit on either side. It's tight, but it works!
