No joke that a guy or gal here in Ohio has the plate 8THOVI. Not sure why, but I'm positive since I passed him twice on different occasions. He has an HHR, if it matters.

back when vanity plates were a "new thing" before they started restricting profanity I saw in I think it was NY or perhaps NJ, (I was a young teen back then) I actually saw plates that read "4 NIK 8", "CUP UL8" and "I CUP"
