Turn Signal Stick Problems Escape 2011 XLT

First, thank all you for your time, I have a 2011 Ford Escape XLT and it still does not reach 100,000
miles, but I have a problem with the signals stick in the steering wheel, first of all, there is 3 positions:

UP (Right signal)
MIDDLE (Stand-by)
DOWN (Left signal)
The problem: if the signal sitck is in the MIDDLE, the signal keep funticon to the Right signal, if you put it UP, oviously
works to the right signal, but if you put the stick to the Down position, there is NO signal at all,.......

So in the middle and/or the UP position
the signal still working to the right side,......
and do not do nothing to the down position (left side).

What it could be?
